The coaching process is a deeply personal one that involves your and my taking a good, long look at the areas of your past and present circumstances that aren't working for you, then charting out a desired future that will support you, and then systematically helping you to discover and move beyond the obstacles that have kept you from living the kind of life you've always dreamed of. When those are out of the way, we will work together to build up your skill set and self-confidence, and then co-create a framework and the steps so that you can make that happen.
But first, the phone call...
After many years of helping people to realize their dreams, I've learned that I am best able to do that for those who are both ready to place their trust in me and commit to the process of moving forward. I've also learned that it's always a waste of my time to get started with those who are not, so that's what these "Initial Chemistry" calls are all about. By the end of the call, we will both know if we are comfortable enough with one another, and I'll know if I'm confident that you're ready to do the work needed, or not. If I am, I may invite you to work with me and help you to get started. If not, I will wish you the very best in your journey and we will part ways so that you can find someone better suited to your interpersonal style.
Now that we know we'll be comfortable working together, it's important that we both gain a better understanding of who you really are, inside (as compared with the "you" you usually show to other people), and that's what this session will be about. I know that can sound scary, but it's actually an awful lot of fun and often leads to comments like "Oh, wow..." "Gosh, that's amazing! I never knew THAT!"

Working together, we will come up with a goal for the session (that is, one or more action steps for moving over, through, around or otherwise beyond this problem, until it is no longer a problem for you.
